Ingredients:
All-purpose flour, 2 1/2 cups
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon dried active yeast
1-cup of hot water
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Italian sauce
your choice of toppings (e.g. cheese, vegetables, meats)
Instructions:
1) Combine the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl.
2 )Mix the bowl with the warm water and oil until the dough comes together.
3) For around five minutes, knead the dough on a floured surface.
4) The dough should be placed in a greased basin and covered with cloth. It should double in size after about an hour of rising in a warm location.
5) Set your oven's temperature to 450°F (230°C) /Air Fryer (170°C-180°C)
6) On a floured surface, roll out the dough to the appropriate thickness.
7) Move the dough to a pizza plate or baking sheet.
8) Pizza sauce should be applied over the dough, leaving a thin crust border at the edge.
9) Add shredded mozzarella cheese if you wish.
10) Add any toppings you like.
11) Pizza should be baked for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
12) Before to cutting and serving, allow the pizza to cool for a few minutes.
