Ingredients:
Noodles, 200 grams
Oil, 1 tablespoon
ginger paste, 1 teaspoon
Paste of garlic, one teaspoon
1 sliced onion, 1 sliced bell pepper, 1 sliced carrot, and 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
Soy sauce, two tablespoons
pepper and salt as desired
green onions, chopped, as a garnish
Instructions:
Al dente (Half Done)Hakka noodles should be prepared in accordance with the directions on the package.
To Fasten up the cooking process, drain the noodles and rinse them in cold water. Set aside.
Over medium-high heat, warm the oil in a wok or sizable pan.
Stir-fry the ginger and garlic paste for 30 seconds after adding it.
Stir-fry the thinly sliced onions for two to three minutes, or until they become transparent.
Add the shredded cabbage, carrot, and bell pepper and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the vegetables are just beginning to soften.
The Hakka noodles should be heated through after being added to the pan and stir-fried for a minute or two.
Stir in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper to suit.
Add readymade Pasta Masala for extra flavour
Serve hot and garnish with finely sliced green onions.
