Ingredients:

Bread, one loaf (Slice bread works well)

12 cups softened unsalted butter

4 minced garlic cloves

2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley

Salt as desired

Black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon

grated Parmesan/Mozzarella  cheese, half a cup (optional)

Instructions:

1) Turn on the oven to 350 °F (175 °C) / Air fryer (160°C)

2) Combine the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a small mixing bowl. Stir everything thoroughly until it is all mixed.

3) Bread should be cut into thick slices(skip if you are using sliced bread), and each piece should have the garlic butter mixture evenly distributed over it on both sides.

4) Top the bread slices with grated Parmesan / Mozzarella  cheese (optional).

5) Bread pieces should be placed on a baking pan and baked in a preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until toasted and the butter is bubbling and melted.

6) Serve hot after removing from the oven. If preferred, you can add some more chopped parsley or grated Parmesan cheese as a garnish.
